The ConsumerOptix Story
The company was founded by James O’Hara and Brian Kipp in 2018. The ConsumerOptix founders have backgrounds in developing and utilizing personalization and one-to-one communications to deliver the right message, to the right person at the right time. Brian and James have deployed consumer-driven solutions for some of the largest insurance and financial institutions in the world, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and American Family Insurance.
Our goal is to meet the need of those 40 million Americans who are looking for insurance annually. Sure we are helping insurers sell more. We are helping agents & brokers convert quotes to applications and applications to policies. But we are focused on the consumer and we are helping insurers do the same. To speak to a consumer as an individual. To help them understand the value proposition of VB’s and LI. To empower the consumer to make the right decisions for their families.
